AU Shipping: $7.95 or free for orders over $30. Delivery takes 2-5 business days

International Shipping: $10 AUD or free for orders over $30. Delivery typically takes 10-18 business days

Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Returns must be initiated within 10-30 days of purchase.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used air fresheners.

• Custom or personalized orders.

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance.

3. Return Process

• Contact our customer service via the contact page to initiate a return.

• We will provide instructions for returning the item.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.

• If you prefer, we can exchange the item for another of equal value.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
